A Proper casual raiding guild is focused on downing content with the least amount of effort involved. This means everyone is prepared, knows the fights, and performs well the whole time. If they don't perform well, or decide to be self-centered then boot them. You cannot force a raid to do well. Each member has to be willing and making the individual effort.
Don't start a second raid group. Your first group from what I can tell is below par. If people continue to just bitch about things then empty your guild bank and dissolve the guild.
Don't let these crappy players kill your love for the game. And don't let this game become something it's not. You have no obligation to "make this work". You are only obligated to enjoy yourself. If you can no longer do that then for your own sake find another game to play. You deserve a great experience for you efforts....not this crap.
