I could just smack people who have the actual opportunity to raid, say they want to raid, and yet won't make the effort needed to participate effectively.

I would give anything, ANYTHING to find a nice regular raiding group. I have done everything from pugging to moving server in order to raid. I show up on time, properly geared, gemmed, and enchanted. I know my class, spec, and rotation. I have contributed things like flasks and fish to help with supplying raids. I am quiet and low-key. Despite all this, I still can't find a group to raid with on a regular basis.

Sorry for airing my frustrations, but those people should appreciate what they have instead of moaning about it.
