(Blatant plug)http://outofducks.wordpress.com/2011/06/27/raiding-without-yelling/In my guild we have all the same requirements, gemming, gearing etc, and have luckily gotten recruitment to a stage where we have people doing all these things without having to resort to punishments (much).The big advice I'd have is to stick it out and keep trying, but if worst comes to worst, cut your losses and just work with a single 10 man (with about 12 members). Its not worth the heartache to drag other people up to what they *should* if you're still getting what you want already.
