I'm kind of disappointed you're encouraging people to inflate their HPS just to get into a raiding guild. I don't mean this to be rude but I'm of the mind that if you're not a part of the solution you're a part of the problem. By this I mean meters are one of many tools used to evaluate performance, and the unusual amount of attention given to them is to the detriment of the gaming community. As an applicant if you're doing your job well the raid is staying alive and your HPS will be in line with what is to be expected. Competent officers or raid leaders (the ones you want to raid with) should be able to distinguish between good meters and great healing.
