WoW Insider's Weekly Webcomic: Safe Passage
Welcome to another edition of WoW Insider's Weekly Comic, Safe Passage.
Hope really is sometimes all we have, especially when your entire world doesn't extend beyond your front yard. Azeroth is a brutal, war-torn world, and sometimes its citizens are forced to grow up all too quickly.
Check out the full comic right here, and tune in next Tuesday morning for a new page. You can also see all the previous pages in the gallery below.

Way to make me cry! *sniffle*

Do the dead really have tear ducts?
jishdefish Jun 28th 2011 8:16PM
Yes, they just cry frosty air instead of water. That's what all the blue is in their eyes.
Jokes aside, great job as always, Kelly!

Dawwhh.... I knew there was either a shin-kick or a hug coming up. I suspected both to be honest.
Dang I love that kid. Mr. Orc is pretty great too. XD

D'awww.... okay, that seriously made me tear up a little. @_@ But at least there was a hug at the end.
Also: big mistah troll holding tiny lil' draenei is adorable.

The last two panels are very moving to me...I don't have any other words for them.

The gentle side of a gargantuan orc with hands as big as Brynn's head, and claws as long as her fingers. That's one human who will never again fear orcs. Nor take any guff from them.

You have a winner here Kelly, keep up the great work!

Oh wow... way to show the human (orchish?) side of a warrior. Amazing job!

I love this series. I look forward to it every Tuesday. Thanks, Kelly!
Because of the many atrocities committed on both sides, I imagine most Alliance and Horde young'uns growing up to feel hatred and bitterness toward each other, but it's good to have a story of how that might be overcome by some. Maybe the two girls will grow up to play a role in working toward peace between the factions. Like Ash'gor says, sometimes hope is all you have, even if it's false hope.
Hmm...I wonder if either Mig, Ash, or Enarrai have any kids of their own, or plan to...I wonder what they might tell those kids about the other side, after this.
