MSBT is more flexible than the Blizz text; you can change the positioning, font, opacity, etcetera. Also, it shows the icon for what spell or effect is doing the damage or healing, not just the number; this might sound odd, but I really missed that touch when 4.1 broke it for a few days. It will also pop up a message when one of your abilities comes off cooldown, so you don't have to watch your keybind bar so closely. 'Holy Shock is ready now!'
