I've always considered SV something with affinity to rogues'subtlety tree. From this POV i 'd like to see some kind of "surprise attack" for the SV tree, but how could it be used once in combat (we do not want a talent that'd be used only once per fight unless it was super saucy awesome, and if it was just an opener it'd end up being a sniper shot that belongs better to MM.So here's the idea: if you stop shooting your target for -let's say- 3-4 seconds and channel this "diversive" ability instead, your enemy's attention will be diverted from you, and you will be able to release a very powerful surprise shot at the end of the channel. This would be possible while moving and thus would become either an alternative to fox-shooting during movements or just a complement to it since it'd have an average cooldown, let's suppose something ranging from 30 seconds to 1 minute. Obviously this "surprise attack" damage should be somewhere between a decent fox-shooting rotation and the normal rotation if it was to be used during movement phases only, or even more if it was ment to be used on cooldown. If the damage was high enough it would introduce the planning factor: "is it best used on cooldown or spared for the next movement phase?"
