My fiance has a thing for wanting to try things on her own, but it's only a matter of days before she gets so excited about things that she can't bare to keep quiet about them anymore, and so she winds up talking to me and our best friends about it. This was what happened with WoW.

And she knows I'm a huge animal lover, and fantasy geek, so finally, one day, she squeed, "I'M ON A GRYPHON!!" in our gtalk window (offices in 2 different rooms of the house), and asked me to come see. I like gryphons. I went to see.

Bought the game the next day (and up through Wrath by the end of the month) and haven't looked back since. :)
