You didn't properly attach keywords to this post, it doesn't show up in the "wow-insider-show" category.
Also, July 5th and it still hasn't hit the iTunes feed.

I enjoy these weekly updates, Mat. Thank you for taking the time to do these.
That being said, I have a challenge for you, Mr. McCurley: Go through the entire update next week without using the phrase "long form" =P
