Pretty sure there's an age requirement for becoming an aspect.
The other Aspect-Ohs will probably very much want another Earthwarder as soon as Deathwing's a goner, and Thrall is the only dude up to par.
The uncorrupted Black dragon egg-dragon, won't become an aspect for quite a while, mainly because well, it's an egg.

Magical aging is something that's happened in lore quite a bit. Also, keep in mind a few things: the passage of time in-game is super wonky, so it's really hard to say just how much time has passed between when the untainted black dragon hatches and when a new Earthwarder is forced to step up to Deathwing's vacant throne.

Damn, the site ate the rest of my comment. :(
The other thing to keep in mind is that we have no idea what the regulations are concerning appointing new dragons. The Titans did it their way and we've seen that members of the Flights can ascend to Aspect status through little more than ceremony. At this point the "How To Become an Aspect" manual is so vague that it could very well be "be someone who wants to be an Aspect".

The orcs figured out how to speedy-grow their children. The same thing could potentially happen here. Especially considering that Nozdormu is back in the picture.

Ofcourse, there's a plethora of ideas and theories to how the untainted egg can, in theory, become an aspect by cooking up something magical to disregard the age problem all together. :(
Still, putting all the facts on the table, it should point toward Thrall becoming an Aspect and the untainted dragon egg merely becoming the new leader of the Black Dragonflight, in time.
(And while we're all speculating about aspects, how does Kalecgos become an aspect during the Dragonwrath questline? Looking at the voice files, the necessities is a pretty speech and a timely eclipse. Hrrmhm.)

Yea, that'd be great, we could have a no-life-experience manchild...er drakewhelp...wield the awesome powers an aspect.
In that situation I'd actually prefer Thrall.

For all we know the egg was brought back in time and raised in the past.
For all we know, there's an adult Black Dragon out there who hatched from that egg a long, long time ago. For all we know we met that dragon a long time ago already.
Food for thought.

@Lemons: I don't know. Pain, Regret, and out right Anger at your unwanted position, mixed with a cauldron of suppressed emotions and memories, and that sounds like the perfect brew for a repeat of Deathwing. Accept this time, He's experienced with and understands all the elements.
I dunno, I wouldn't be so quick to decide...

Maybe Garrosh could do it? :)

Regarding the "speed aging" issue here... one word: Chromie. The adorable little time altering bronze drake.

I dunno. I kinda want to see a creepy magical kid with an adorable whelp form as Earthwarder. And I really don't want to see Thrall get another shot of Mary Sue, he's roided out on that stuff already.
