The Daily Quest: Tiers of disappointment
The new tier of raiding has been out for a little over a week now, along with the new dailies and quests. I don't know about the rest of you, but I've been settling into the routine of having dailies worth doing again and enjoying the general hectic atmosphere of the Molten Front and its endless spawns of angry, fire-related objects. On the other hand, I realized I haven't even thought about the old tier of content since the patch hit. I wondered, briefly, what those old bosses do when there are no raiders around anymore and then realized it's probably something similar to the video above.
Speaking of old tier, today we've got a blog post about how those old raids are doing now that Firelands is the hot new thing to be doing, as well as a couple of other posts with some interesting thoughts on game development.
- Priest With A Cause shares some impressions of the newly nerfed tier 11 raiding scene.
- Life in Group 5 ponders the process of developing encounters with a fun factor that lasts.
- Psychochild's Blog discusses the odd conflicts between designing fun and efficiency.

This was very well done ... and damned if it doesn't make me want to hang out at Club Obsoléte; they're throwing down like champs!

I think the Dalies are brilliant!
It really feels like you are in the middle of a war!

Apart from the Horde just being fucking assclowns in the Molten Front. I like the quests. But, spending an hour to do three quests that take 5 min tops is infuriating. Every time a DK death grips me and eight horde proceed to kill me, I want to stab a baby. Literally. You Horde commies, I will stab your babies.

Take a chill pill man. There a good number if alliance buggers on my server who are just as big pricks. But if it's bugging you that much just leave the dailies alone for a couple weeks.
