Blizz's frames and Clique is the best healing combination I've ever used. All the functionality I had with Healbot with Wrath, but a heck of a lot easier to configure spells and more stable to boot (had many issues with Healbot doing weird things).

That is, all the functionality I used in Healbot. It did (and still does) do more, but I never lost anything of my own flow with the switch.

I think I would use this type of setup, too (the standard Blizzard raid frames plus my macros for healing) BUT I can't seem to make the Blizzard frames transparent.

I use Clique with the Blizzard raid frames as well - easy to set up and use, and quite plenty functionality for healing raids. I'm a druid healer, and the only "beef" I have with the raid frames is that it can be a little hard to track hots. But i've gotten used to the small icons, and actually do alright.
I LOVE the new additions Blizzard added to the raid frames in 4.2 - mainly the resurrection monitor and the icon shown when people are targetted by certain abilities :D
