It's nice that Blizzard has finally implemented a profile system for a UI feature, but they still have a ways to go to perfect it. I don't know if it's resolvable, but for me raid profiles don't save across toons, so I had to make tank/heal/DPS profiles five times over. As a healer, I have a hard time noticing (dispellable) debuffs because the icons are so small, and I can't enlarge them without stretching the frames' dimensions to the max.
