I think Stormforged Breastplate was the best I calculated since elementium ore is around 1.2g. It will take 30 ore (15 bars), but the DE rate is 25% chance for Essences, so you'll end up with more dust, but I don't think any BS craftable (weapons) drops 75% essences, they all seem to give shards.
