Boots are a good option right now. After those saturate the market, you can try Cardinal Rubys from Dalaran. 220 JP buys a Ruby that you can cut and sell for around 220G, so 1JP = 1G. Twinks and leveling alts buy them all day long. While in Dalaran, you can do the JC daily and make a Nightmare Tear for another 200G or so.
