I remember when I first started reading WoW Eh? and one of the first things that came up was a comic about finding a Tim Horton's. I'm not Canadian, never lived there, but my first job was at a US Timmy's and that really made my day. Also, when I started my comic Dungeons and Drinks I sent out emails to some of my favorite comic artists to try and get some buttons to add to my links section for their comics and while she didn't have any (actually, in the end only one comic that I asked did) she was the first to reply and had some really encouraging things to say to a little comic newblet.
