I find leveling through the dungeon finder that Frost is your friend. Groups with no concept of aggro control, CC, line of sight, or, let's get really basic, PATROLS -- I use my slow/freeze abilities a lot, and have been last man standing more than a few times. Good thing my guild has mass rez.
