@Cromlech: That's pretty much how I try to refer to them to my boyfriend. Best analogy I can come up with is 'short, colorful, Sahuagin".

Fish can't breathe air though...so they might be amphibians...or a cross breed between amphibians and reptiles (and possibly fish haha)...
