Be sure to take plenty of basil, thyme, ground sage, honey, and a bit of salt when you go into the Firelands. This will form a nice poultice for your skin when your feathers singe and fall off.
Next, make sure you turn in such a manner as to expose each side of you to the flames evenly. Can't have a splotchy tan can we?
Please be sure to always be friendly to other fighting of Ragnaros' armies. Your new friends may have you for dinner sometime.

I think if only one of the two PVP blunders happened (either one, honestly), Blizzard would have just apologized for the error and moved on. What do you think?
The real shame, though, is that by the time they implement their proposed 4,000 honor compensation, the players who were most affected by the blunders will not need the 4,000 honor. Not to mention, the most legitimate complaints (in my opinion) are related to the gold spent enchanting and gemming the quickly-outdated gear that would have otherwise not been spent, and the proposed compensation does not address this.
I look forward to catching you guys *long form* on the WoW Insider Show this week ;) Sorry to hear about your laptop.
(I'm totally messing with you about the "long form" thing, by the way. I'm a jerk, but not THAT much of a jerk.)
