Back in the days of yore, when everyone and their brother Darryl had a ret alt, I noticed a lot of the new rets would only use their cooldowns once per encounter, saving them for HeroLust.

Meanwhile, I would pop Wings as soon as practical, so I could have it free for when we were actually likely to HeroLust. And lo, did the meters smile upon me.
