Pyro, you were correct. A talent reduces the cooldown on wings by 60s so it's 2min for Ret paladins.

Likewise, you should stack AW and Zealotry with GotAK.

These bonuses are all multiplicative when used together so unless you need them to burst down something quickly you should be using them together.
