I notice a lot of new prot pallys also ignore Divine Plea. Being able to get off a Shield of the Righteous or an Inquisition right away does wonders for your initial snap aggro.

Casting Divine Plea as you run in, popping your wings, and opening up with your top priority ability is pure win.
