Reading this Blue Post has me thinking to the week between season 9 and season 10. My arena partner and I each opened three tickets. Each time the ingame GM told us the same thing; "Nothing is wrong, we (Blizzard) made no mistake and everything happened as intended."As we both knew this was not the case, it was frustrating and resulted in a loss of confidence. I am greatful that Blizzard is now admitting to the mistake and trying to compensate us accordingly although it still seems like a little too late considering our loss.

Unfortunately, the in-game GMs aren't always privy to all the Dev information. They're like the guy behind the counter at the store. They probably weren't being deceptive on purpose, and more than likely honestly thought that things were all on the up and up.
