I would really like to hear about players' experiences with the feature, instead of bickering about the fee.

The fee's not there yet; we don't know how much it will be, nor do we know when it will put into effect. Can we please focus what we have in the here and now?

Today I got to play with a friend from my old server after being away for over a year. I will gladly pay for this.
