So... I input my stats into the spreadsheet.
13.85% Pre-DR Dodge
12.71% Pre-DR Parry
Block Chance = 56.26

It gives me 94.90% grand total CTC

Yet the Visual Combat Table add-on says my overall is 88.81%.
Is there something I am doing wrong?

Grr... WTB edit button. 13.71 Pre-DR parry, not 12.71.

Are you sure you're putting pre-dr numbers into it? Pre dr numbers can only be viewed on the tooltip when you hover dodge and parry values in your armory. The tooltip says X amount of parry/dodge rating adds x% parry/dodge, and I think these values should be added to your base dodge/parry chance.

Like Macca said, looks like you're plugging in the wrong percents. Hover over the percents on your armory and it'll give you the right number you want to use. It'll be less than 10%, most likely.
