Are these top performers damage-wise or where their raid group has gotten to?

It doesn't mean much if you keep wiping because the mage is too busy doing l337 dps to play the encounter properly and help the team win. I'd expect the top performers with the highest difficulty of kills under their belt have something a bit different.
