Croftzi created this Azeroth-themed music video for Lady Gaga's The Edge of Glory. While I am a reluctant Lady Gaga fan, this song never really wormed its way into my heart. It's a fine song, as far as pop culture music goes, but it just didn't have any particular beats or lyrics that captured my imagination.
This video, however, illuminated the song for me. Croftzi's video is fun and engaging; it works well with the natural motion of Gaga's song. It's also nice to see a love story for a pair of trolls; somehow, we just don't see many of those.
I'm excited to see more from Croftzi. This is my first real exposure to her work, and I hope it's not the last.

I think you're spot on regarding this piece. I, too, am a reluctant (closeted?) Lady Gaga fan, and this song has never struck me before. I like the love story though. Good work Croftzi!
I loved that so much. As a troll fangirl, that totally fed my addiction xD
That said, the song DID work well with the high energy of the video. It was so sweet to see all the silly things the two love birds did together. I think it illustrated the fun-loving side of trolls quite beautifully.
Not closeted in any aspect of my life and certainly not as a Gaga Fan.
The woman not only knows how to entertain, she's got pipes. Real pipes, not some auto-tuned thing or lip synced show. She's got talent and she knows how to use it and I am always eager to see what she does next.
My art teachers told us that when you're trying to put a specific point across (such as in advertising,) you have to weigh the image and the message equally - if you take one away and the remainder makes no sense, then it's a poorly crafted piece.
... and even though I turned the crappy song off, I still found this video quite charming.
Always good to see pop-video machinima which aren't Blood-Elf (or Human, to a lesser extent). Sometimes they're the right race for a vid, but a lot of the time the macinimators could do a better job of expressing the emotional content of whatever song they're adapting.

Edge of Glory was the Big Man's valedictory sax solo. I will love it if for no other reaso. RIP Clarence!
