I feel your pain.

As for rageface, I raid on 25 man and, by extension, have some teammate who are much better about that 15k crit (remember, 25 man) than I am. So I take to the habit of mindflaying rageface when he's face raging. Why? Because of the auto-crit. I've had my fiend come back 1 minute after use. And, if the face rage isn't over in a second or two, I nuke it and make a new friend.
