A part of me wants Blizzard to take action and get the rights to remove it in hopes that they may host their own theme park somewhere else where it could profit them.

Another part of me doesn't want them to, in fear that no other Blizzard theme-park will ever be created again and that this will be the first and only of its kind.

Kinda leaning to the second one.
