This makes the most sense to me.
Among the copper coins (not part of the set for some reason, which is why you missed it) is the Footman, who is jealous of the Peasant's simple, less dangerous work. On the flipside (ha!) this silver coin pokes fun at the way Peasants will do the same job until told to stop.
