People, pull your heads from your asses and learn what parody and satire are.If you've read WoWinsider, you know that there's a running joke between the Mage and the Warlock columnists. You'd also know that when Arcane Brilliance can't be done by it's usual author, that the Warlock columnist takes over. It's happened in the past, and has always been a way to joke at the mage's expense. All of you whining and bitching about the article need to relax a bit. "I don't see the comedy" this, and "Worst Arcane Brilliance ever" that, such stupidity. I for one got a laugh out of it, and thought that it was great that we got SOMETHING to fill the hole left by an author being unable to post.

We know what parody and satire, and this isn't it. This is a ham-fisted trudge on a well warn 'cool kids' trope. I see the attempt at comedy, but it is weak and fails. Back when the real warlock writer took this column you could tell he put some effort into it. This 'lock, like most, just mailed it in; from Hot Topic. But you're right, it wasn't a hole.

To his credit, he did more than trot out jokes from 2008 (changing "Sunwell" to "Firelands").He proved that something is not always better than nothing.
