If you look at Optec's video of Tot4W, you can see how he's used Power Aura's to track his ISF buff. It's ummm . . . . Pretty idiot proof.

Personally, I use Elkano's Buff Bars. It's configured into groups to show DoT's on my target, General buffs in the corner, and trinket/talent procs and buffs like ISF, Empowered Imp, Molten Core or Soul Swap where they're easy to see.
