Power Auras supports partial names so to track Bane of Doom/Havok/Agony you just put "Bane" as the ability name (and make sure you don't check the "exact name" box).

Here's a quick video I put up for a guildy on my Affliction Power Aura's setup (includes import strings in the comments)
