Also...this is about hotfixes...not the Q and A. I seem to be missing something I think...

As for the quality and control bit, why don't you try suing blizzard for its "lack of quality and control"? Obviously you know the legal actions that could be taken against Blizzard for the obvious problems in performance. I mean, having 12 million players at one time playing a game shows a devastating lack of quality and control.

You don't get to become the "King of MMOs" by being a horrible developer. You get there by being smart. They may not do what the players want every single time, but that isn't the point of WoW. They will continue to manage the game as they see fit, since it is their franchise and product, and it will continue to succeed until more competition enters the MMO market.
