Because 20 seconds after you click to trigger your Heart's Revelation, you'll be able to click the Moonwell Chalice while your Heart of Ignacious is on cooldown?

Don't be such a drama queen simply because Blizzard fixed a trinket to act like every other trinket in the game: activating one will trigger the full cooldown on that trinket, and a 20 second cooldown on your other trinket's on-use ability.
