Thanks for your time Joe. I have a guitar too. I would love to start learning it. It just collects dust for the moment. My voice is the instrument I use the most. Oh well, never to old to learn eh?

I highly recommend picking up guitar. I've been "seriously" (read: at all) playing guitar for a couple of years now, and it's really rewarding. Just learn the basic chords and how to do barre chords, and nothing will stop you!

See I've been trying it that way Ad134. But I can't get down cord switching and to a lesser extent strumming. I can learn aol the chords in the world but I can't seem to put them together.

Never be discouraged, it does take a lot of time and practice, but it's incredibly rewarding. If you're serious about learning and have the time I suggest paying for a couple lessons to get everything down. It helps a ton when you're first starting out, and you're never to old to learn.
