Telwar, the whole point is that Rogues get TWO weapons they can use without stepping into a raid, Shaman get none, and they easily could have made a single item different or added one.

This has been the case with shaman since Burning Crusade. I recall wondering why every Raid tier had a Rogue Sword for each hand and daggers for both, but a slow/slow axe/mace/fist was hard to find.
