by the way Aurum is latin for Gold.one of the real problems is that they bascialy stuck in a step that frankly does not exist for most players. Currently if your want anything from the Aurum store you have the following options1) Buy one or more Plex with RLM, convert to Aurum and buy clothes/whatever, you end up with the item and some Aurum(literaly gold) leftover. 2) Buy one or more Plex with ISK, convert to Aurum and buy clothes/whatever, you end up with the item and some Aurum(literaly gold) leftover. 3) put a buy order for items up on the open market place. 4) buy from a sell order. . . by the way good luck on that. . . I just looked most items just are not avalible. and thoes that are (for example nightstalker glasses, 1500 Aurum, sell for 200,000,000 . . . 1 plex = 3500 Aurum 1 Plex average price at this instant in time 353,408,712.19so 466,666,666.66 isk for 1 plex worth of Arum market items. . . a 32% markup sounds resonable to me....untill you realise that that set of gogles is in a Player Owned station in claimed 0.0 space...(in WoW terms, in order to get it you would have to go onto a PvP server and then travel to Orgrimar. . . . as Aliance . . . to get it, unless you happen to already live there and are hord its going to be a bit of an issue to get that set of gogles in the market I just looked at.)
