It's a black market. There is no gray market.

A grey market or gray market also known as parallel market is the trade of a commodity through distribution channels which, while legal, are unofficial, unauthorized, or unintended by the original manufacturer.

@Talmar: Your definition is correct, and thats why MissAshley is right. The gold you have in WoW is not yours, and there's no legal way of selling something that do not belong to you. So its a black market, not grey.
