From Aug. 4 through Aug. 7,
Cryptozoic Entertainment will be hosting the Darkmoon Faire Indianapolis at
Gen Con Indianapolis 2011. Players can check out the newest
WoW TCG sets, learn from the Cryptozoic pros, compete in a beginner's tournament, and challenge Alexstrasza to become a Dragonslayer. Class starter decks for the
WoW TCG will also be on sale at a discount at Gen Con and you can check out board game demos as well.
If you're going to be at Gen Con Indianapolis 2011, check out Cryptozoic and the
WoW TCG at booth #1749. Cryptozoic loves to teach the
WoW TCG to new players and is really welcoming when it comes to learning about the game. You'll have a blast. See if you can try out the
Assault on Icecrown Citadel four-player game while you're there. Our own Mike Sacco
loved it.

Girl on the left was at Blizzcon last year in a very skimpy outfit

It is a pity I can not join it :(

I live only an hour from Indy, but I wish we actually had a videogaming convention instead of just a gaming one...

There is actually a good-sized section of GenCon devoted to "electronic" gaming, and this means computer games, despite the goofy name they give it. Blizzard almost always has a significantly sized booth there every year, where they demo the next expansion if it's in the beta phase.

Do you have a problem with that? *glare*
Shinae Aug 3rd 2011 8:21PM
I'm still bitter that GenCon left Milwaukee.

Would you rather have a real life blood elf roleplay the blood elf?

That guy is on the verge of happiness and uncomfortableness

i don't get used to these outfits... they seemed forced to me, haven't seen many that look natural on the person wearing them
shotiechan Aug 4th 2011 8:21AM
What do you mean, WoW tier gear doesn't look natural on people in real life?
Shenanigans!

What the hell is this comment? PoC aren't allowed to cosplay as anything but other PoC in your mind?
Shut the hell up, you racist. People can cosplay as whoever they want, regardless of their race or gender. Using your logic, exactly whom could she cosplay? There aren't exactly many, if any, East Asian characters in WoW.
This is seriously the stupidest thing I've seen today. Granted, it's only like 8:15AM, but damn, broaden your horizons a little.

i simply don't approve of the cosplay person as a whole, she fails at alexstraza. which is what i assume she is trying to cosplay.
Michael Sacco Aug 4th 2011 11:55AM
It would appear that you fail at recognizing Valeera Sanguinar!
Dizzle Aug 4th 2011 12:10PM
it appears that i do, either way. still lame cosplay... sorry, i take cosplaying to near fanboy levels in terms of detail, that twas not close enough for my tastes.

Those women are smiling really fakely. Like, almost a grimace. I don't think they much like that man.
