Hmm. I am interested that you guys found it so cool looking. The whole time I was there I just kept thinking I was stuck in a boring hole in the ground. This was my least favorite zone as far as appearance goes. The questing was interesting though.I'm glad you guys are finishing these off, they are good reads. Thanks!

I agree, I found the area a visually unappealing most of the time. It was too dark and dreary and there was no life. It reminded me of horrid Hellfire Penninsula. Ick.

Thirded. Rocks, rocks and more rocks = boring and easy to get lost in. Recoloring the rocks doesn't actually help.

You would think the gym leader of the earth pokemon gym would be totally down with an underground, earth-elemental themed zone.Ahem, anyways, I think I agree with Brock, but for a slightly different reason. I too totally feel like I'm stuck in a boring hole in the ground, but it's because the zone totally evokes the settings of all those damn mini-dungeon caves that we occasionally have to spelunk while leveling (oddly, caves all over azeroth, outland and northrend seem to come in one of four layouts).I only speak for me but I HATE those caves. I hate navigating through them, and I hate having to fight my way out through respawns once I'm done doing whatever inside them. So when you have an entire zone with the same geography (yes you're not actually in a cave, but it seems liek it), it makes my hair stand on end.
