Hasn't some of the things involved changed in two years? I know the the Shen'dralar rep is no longer a part of it. For getting Bloodsail rep, the Booty Bay guards are not soloable, even for a well-geared 85. Others parts of it would seem like they'd be easier now, but I haven't looked into it yet.
