I would like to comment on the rhyolith tactics. As a Prot pally myself with sufficient Dps the fight is essentially a single tank fight. Every 30 seconds EITHER fragments OR a spark spawns. If the raid can nuke the spark before the fragments which happens when I'm tanking, then I pick up the fragments and stack for AOE and aoe healing.

If there's a guild out there who hasn't tried 1tanking ryolith, give it a go. An extra DPS slot makes the boss just that much easier.

Also, were the fragments on Ryolith ever stunnable? I swear I stunned them with Holy Wrath the first week of 4.2, but haven't been able to do it since.

I solo tank Rhyolith too. We have our holy pally put on Righteous Fury so that the fragments come to him if the DPS is being slow to kill the Spark.
