I think the Client Strings are the only part of the Patch Notes that aren't entirely self-evident. What exactly is going on there? Specifically "LanguageRegions["ptBR"] = 12; "--that just doesn't compute.

Strings are primarily used to display text, so I assume that part about the language region is that if you are in language region 12, the strings in the post are the ones they have to choose from. Though that's just how it looks to me.
