Right now you can petition for a "one time per account" guild name change. I can see the guild name change being a $10 fee or so. Because it's so hard for them to do that. /eyeroll. I can see them wanting to deter people from abusing it but come on, is it too much to ask for one free customization per account per 12 months of paid subscriptions? I think that would go a LONG way with valued customers.
