I do think the speed should have been reduced to 3.6 instead of 3.5 but what's worse is that it's something that should've been done in the PTR. How they didn't know that a 3.8 speed was going to OP without even having data is beyond me. The ONLY reason I can see they didn't change it in the PTR was that getting the weapon is such a time commitment that very few if any people actually got it so the data was very limited.
