A third faction would need to have their own toon in order to separate them from the other race. What's to keep a 3rd Faction Human from walking off somewhere with a 3rd Faction Orc only to have that 3rd faction Human take him to the Ally Human for a ganking opportunity (and or, vice versa) You know a Horde Orc isn't going to immediately kill a 3rd Faction Orc if he's standing next to a 3rd Faction Human because he'll go after the human first. Confusion would run wild and you would always have to second guess whether that Orc off in a distance is really a member of the Horde or the 3rd faction.
