As an owner of a riding turtle, not to be confused with the bluer version from fishing, I don't see an increased swimming speed. I think it's just normal swim speed, though I could be wrong. Though I LOVE the jump animation. It should at least give you the title "Turtle Hermit", let's work on that. It's kinda my favorite mount!!
