You can get close....as Hicks said he is holding a close facsimile to the Diamond Studded Cane. The clothes look similar to the Tuxedo Jacket and Pants, Dress shoes and Tuxedo shirt as well. The cape is the one item I can't replicate close enough so I usually go sans cape. The top hat from the Gilneas lowbie area and currently you can't wear a monocle and a top hat at the same time.
