Change properly applied is good.
Constant change every patch is not.

Personally, I like that blizzard is constantly re-examining what works and what doesn't, trying out new things, and, best of all, willing to admit that they were just wrong about something.
A game like this has to change constantly, or it stagnates. While there are some that would be happy to just keep things the same for the sake of consistency, eventually, the little irritations and flaws become the things that drive veterans away.
Blizzard's shown that nothing is sacred in their design, and that no part of the game is exempt from evaluation, criticism, and adaptation. To me, that's what keeps the game interesting.

And yet they're still so insistent that "DK tanks are fine, L2P" that this is step one of knocking the other specs down to that level.
